Benyapa focuses on corporate and commercial law and has extensive experience advising businesses across a wide range of industries. Her experience encompasses mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, corporate governance, and a wide range of agreement and contractual transactions.

Benyapa is particularly focused on guiding foreign investors seeking to establish or expand operations in Thailand. She advises on foreign direct investment (FDI) regulations and alternative options, including promoted activities under the Board of Investment (BOI) and industrial estate solutions. Her practice also extends to labour laws and general transactional matters related to public companies, and assisting clients with handling various aspects of securities regulations.

Benyapa holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree with honours from Chulalongkorn University.
